This project involves the development of a next-generation IP-MPLS network, seamlessly integrated with an active data center network and customized network design. Its primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the national power grid by providing real-time data on power generation, transmission, and consumption. The design emphasizes efficient monitoring, control and data analysis of the grid, which are essential for reliable power delivery and grid stability. Key components include Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, communication networks, and advanced data analytics tools to optimize operations.

We provide comprehensive 24×7 operations support to ensure seamless network performance and reliability. Our services include continuous SNOC monitoring, helpdesk operations, SLA management, patch management, network security, regular vulnerability assessments (VAPT), trouble ticketing and timely reports and dashboard updates. We also manage preventive and corrective maintenance, along with complete FCAS coverage – addressing fault, configuration, accounting, performance and security. To further enhance operational efficiency, we conduct regular performance audits, monitors hardware resource utilization, handles software updates and upgrades, and ensures effective spare parts management. To mitigate risks and reduce downtime, we have established regional warehouses across four locations, enabling same-day replacement and repair of faulty components. Additionally, a live alert generation tool has been implemented to deliver real-time notifications via email and SMS, ensuring prompt action. Regular governance meetings with OEMs and internal teams are held daily and weekly to maintain operational excellence and proactive issue resolution.
