Project Background
This project establishes a state-wide connectivity backbone across Rajasthan, enabling seamless digital access to the Gram Panchayats. Designed as a multi-mode network platform, it powers connectivity for government offices, e-Mitra services, e-Mitra Plus services, Wi-Fi networks, IP phones, and more – driving last-mile digital delivery across the state.
Challenges Faced and Mitigated
- Sites are spread across the state, including remote villages and border areas
- Interaction with VVIP offices such as the Chief Minister’s office and senior IAS officers during O&M of VC and Network equipment
Our Approach & Solution
Developed clear methodologies, tools and technologies for monitoring, along with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which are essential for ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance measurement. This structured approach supports continuous improvement by enabling teams to assess service performance and address customer feedback. It also aids in risk management, resource optimization, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

We provide 24×7 support for monitoring the network, hardware, software and security incidents, ensuring timely ticket handling and investigation. Our dedicated teams work closely with support teams for incident resolution, service request management and configuration of supplied components. We also oversee data and NOC centre operations and maintenance, in addition to managing OEM support contracts and AMCs to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of all services under scope.
To ensure continuous service availability, we supply the necessary manpower, who are responsible for maintaining and monitoring all supplied components around the clock. Additionally, we coordinate with OEMs for remote support and replacement of faulty elements, ensuring minimal disruption.
We follow effective e-Governance processes to address operational challenges efficiently. e-Governance platforms play a pivotal role in streamlining government services for easy and quick delivery to the public. At the district level, our Smart Coordinators collaborate with state authorities to manage complex situations, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution.
