Meenal Bansal serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Invenia, bringing extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and investor relations to ensure transparent and effective stakeholder engagement. With over 13 years of experience across publicly listed companies, Meenal has successfully navigated complex governance frameworks and compliance challenges.
Prior to joining us, she held key positions at LT Foods Limited as Manager – Company Secretary & Compliance, and contributed significantly to governance strategies at Orient Electric Limited and MPS Limited, overseeing compliance across multiple entities at the group level. Meenal’s vast experience in managing strategic initiatives such as QIP & Commercial Paper fundraising, ESOPs, and mergers & acquisitions positions her to strengthen Invenia’s commitment to corporate integrity and governance excellence.
Meenal holds a degree in Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Delhi, a law degree, and a Master’s in Commerce.
