With over 19 years of experience spanning technology and commercial domains, Gopal specialises in Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. He has a strong track record in category management for active network components and data center infrastructure, and has successfully led strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad vendor landscape. His expertise in managing high-value relationships with both global and Indian technology partners has been instrumental in building long-term strategic alliances and unlocking new business opportunities.
Before joining Invenia, Gopal held key leadership roles at American Tower and Bharti Infratel, where he spearheaded key supply chain transformation initiatives. His industry experience spans passive telecom infrastructure and managed telecom services, with a consistent focus on delivering procurement excellence, supplier consolidation, and cost optimization.
At Invenia, Gopal leverages his technical expertise and commercial acumen to streamline supply chain processes foster innovation through supplier collaboration, and support scalable technology deployments. His ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver operational efficiencies makes him a valuable asset in enabling large-scale technology deployments. Gopal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Raipur.
