Col. Girish Nandan Juneja is the Chief Operating Officer at Invenia, where he leads operational strategy and execution across the company’s digital infrastructure business.
With over three decades of leadership experience, Girish has successfully led large-scale infrastructure programs, operations, and business transformation initiatives across the defence, energy, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Invenia, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Freyr Energy and has also held leadership roles at Reliance Jio Infocom, where he was instrumental in driving execution and operational excellence across complex, multi-location programs.
At Invenia, Girish is focused on strengthening operational capabilities, scaling delivery excellence, and enabling the company’s next phase of growth across data centres, cloud, connectivity, and digital infrastructure services.
He holds an M.Tech in Power Systems Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, a Master’s in Management Sciences from the College of Defence Management, Secunderabad, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
